Yunnan Baiyao Capsules (extra powerful) for emergencies, accidental injuries and sports injuries
Based on traditional use, this Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formula is recommended in case of accidents, traumatic injuries, sports injuries, external and internal bleeding resulting from accident, injury, surgery or illness.
Whilst TCM knows several effective formulas for injury relief, this product can be considered as one of the most powerful “heavy duty” remedies commonly used in China by Kung Fu practitioners and others at risk of a very serious injury.
One box contains 8 capsules and 1 very powerful emergency pill called “Insurance pill”.
Natural herbal ingredients contained in this formula are known in TCM for their benefits in promoting a healthy blood flow to the affected area, inflammation relieving properties, pain relieving properties, reduction of bruising and swelling and accelerating recovery of affected tissues.
Based on the above properties this product is recommended in the following cases:
- Traumatic injuries including severe traumatic injuries (such as car accidents or other violent injuries)
- As a post-surgery treatment for an accelerated recovery
- Slighter accidental injuries resulting in bleeding, bruising, swelling, stagnated blood
- Internal bleeding resulting from bone fractures
- Internal abdominal bleeding
- Severe menstrual period bleeding
- Haemorrhoids bleeding
- Blood coughing in tuberculosis
- Variety of other conditions resulting in internal or external bleeding such as nose bleeding, eyes bleeding, gum bleeding, bleeding from open wounds
In case of a very serious injury a prolonged treatment is recommended for best results. We recommend taking at least 6 boxes of this product or until the symptoms of injury entirely disappear.

Rhizoma Dioscoreae 66.mg
Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponica 57.5mg
Herba Geranii & Herba Erodii 36mg
Discoreae Parviflora Ting 30mg
Herba Inulae Cappae 25mg
Recommended use:
Adults: 1-2 capsules 4 times a day
Children 2-5 years old: ¼ of the adult dose
Children 6-12 years old: ½ of the adult dose
In case of a severe traumatic injury please take the “Insurance pill” first (a small pill in the centre of the blister pack)
In slighter injuries there is no need to take the “Insurance pill” which should be reserved for most serious emergencies.
