Please note that any refunds for products or services purchased on our website and/or in our locations can only be made to the original purchaser and via the original payment method.

Booking deposit

We require a minimum deposit of £10.00 to confirm the booking of your treatment. If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please notify us by e-mail as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable if we are notified less than 24 hours before the appointment time.

Gift Cards

The amount for unused credit on Gift Card/Gift Vouchers can only be refunded to the original purchaser. To complete the refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that appointment bookings of services purchased via GiftCards/Gift Vouchers are subject to our booking deposit and 24 hours appointment cancellation policy as per the Booking deposit section above.

Treatment course/package

We can occasionally offer treatment courses or packages at discounted prices. If a refund of such package is requested, we will deduct the fees for any treatments used at our regular (not-discounted) prices as of the date of the refund and will refund the balance of the unused fees.

Please note that appointment bookings of services offered under any treatment course/package are subject to our booking deposit and 24 hours appointment cancellation policy as per the Booking deposit section above.

Products

Dry herbal formula/Concentrated herbal powder

Dry herbal formula/Concentrated herbal powder products are formulated individually for each customer and therefore we are unable to offer a refund for such products.

Other products

Our products policy (other than Dry herbal formula/Concentrated herbal powder) lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original and undamaged packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
